How it works

Spiritual direction is a space to slow down and be heard. You share while your director listens intently and asks the questions that help you go deeper, toward a closer relationship with God and toward the person you were made to be.

“I always feel lighter and more centered following our conversations.”

Start with a free conversation

Twenty minutes over Zoom to ask anything and see if it's a fit. No cost, no obligation.

Meet monthly

Sessions run about an hour, with no agenda and nothing to prepare.

In person or via Zoom

In person in Long Valley, Watchung, Princeton, and Warren County, NJ, or anywhere via Zoom. $50 to $100 a session, settled afterward, with reduced fees always available.

Be heard.

You share; your director listens, unhurried and fully attentive, and asks the questions that draw you closer to God.

Be healthy.

Physically, mentally, and emotionally. Spiritual direction addresses what often gets missed: your spiritual health and wellbeing.

Be welcome.

Flexible, reduced-fee options, and a welcome for people from all walks of life.

What about the spiritual side?

College and professional sports organizations do everything possible to bring out the best in their players. Their physical, emotional, and nutritional needs are all addressed.

Ask yourself: what is being done for the spiritual side of your players, or of those within your organization? Spiritual direction meets that need in a way that fits people's schedules and provides quality, one-on-one attention.
